The rib that travelled up to Azores! With these words the presentation of Top Line Corsair 31 Tourism on the manufacturer's website begins, and to attribute the proper respect, we start this article in the same way too! Corsair 31 has been the tireless companion of the Rib Adventure Team in the 3500 miles journey to the islands of the Atlantic Ocean.
Corsair 31 Tourism is an inflatable boat oriented to the nautical tourism, with large storage areas and spacious sundeck at the bow and stern, but at the same time it is a rib tested in the most extreme navigational conditions, with many awards in rib races.
Its hull is based on the one of Corsair 33, the largest model of the range, which won the first place in the International Red Sea Rib Rally.
It is characterized by a deep V, twin double ventilated steps, with transom’s deadrise of 24 ° and it is an international patent of Top Line Company.
The manufacturer designed the hull based on the stability of navigation, the outstanding performance even with low horsepower and a better fuel efficiency.
The mentioned above, combined with the excellent quality and the incredibly soft riding make the Corsair 31 a great choice.
The wide polyester bow provides a safe boarding on the rib while it offers plenty of space for the installation of the windlass.
Just after that there is the spacious sun deck, which can be used as a comfortable bed for two adults, while under the pillows there are large lockers.
The console is located on the centre of the deck, providing comfortable passageways on both sides of it.
It has recently been redesigned and can accommodate inside a nautical toilet with a sewage tank of 70 lt, a sink and a shower.
The double helm seat provides the choice for either standing, seated or semi standing driving position while on the back, depending on the customer's desire, lockers and a wetbar with electric refrigerator can be included.
The couch at the stern is a four-seater one, while in the back there is the sun deck - bed for two people. Its elevated position creates a huge storage space beneath and spacious lockers on its back.
The access to the swimming platforms is easy from the passageways on both of the sides of the polyester roll bar, which provides inox handgrips for safety passage at the stern.
From the extensive standard equipment of the rib we singled out the two stainless steel fuel tanks of 275 lt and 250 lt, the installation of the shower with the water tank of 120 lt and the set of swimming platforms with the base of the auxiliary engine.
Corsair 31 can perform very well even with a single 350hp engine exceeding 50 knots top speed.
